Open Your Dispatch Email

When your order ships, we email you a dispatch confirmation with your tracking number and a direct link to the courier's tracking page.

Click the Tracking Link

The link takes you directly to the courier's live tracking page. You'll see your parcel's current location and estimated delivery date.

Receive Your Order

Your authentic African pantry essentials arrive at your door. If you're not home, the courier will leave a card with redelivery options.

Tracking FAQs

Your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched — typically within 24 hours of your order being packed. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from us or the courier.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day. If it's been more than 48 hours and you haven't received a tracking email, check your spam folder first. If it's still not there, email us at YourOwnafricanstore.com@gmail.com with your order details and we'll look into it immediately.

Tracking systems can take 12–24 hours to update after dispatch. If your tracking link shows no movement after 48 hours, contact us and we'll chase the courier on your behalf.

Address changes are possible if your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Email us as soon as possible at YourOwnafricanstore.com@gmail.com with your order details and new address. Once dispatched, we cannot redirect the parcel.

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us immediately. We will investigate with the courier and either locate your parcel or arrange a replacement. We stand behind every order we send.

This depends on your courier and location. Most couriers will attempt delivery and leave a card if you're not home, allowing you to rearrange. Some regions support safe-place or neighbour delivery. Check your tracking link for courier-specific options.
